Margaret is the Senior Partner of Recovery Assist Solicitors.
She was previously a Partner at a national law firm. Margaret deals with all types of Personal Injury cases and is Head of the Personal Injury Department at Recovery Assist. Margaret acts for people, locally and nationally, who have been injured in Serious Accidents. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
She has a special interest in complex Road Traffic Accident claims.
Margaret is also responsible for the firms’ Business Development and IT Systems.

Bernadette Hynes
Senior Solicitor

Bernadette joined Recovery Assist in January 2011. She was previously a Solicitor at a national law firm. Bernadette deals with all non RTA work, with a special interest in employer liability cases. After 6 months with the firm, Bernadette was promoted to Senior Solicitor and is responsible for supervising all general personal injury work. She is also involved in marketing and business development for the firm.

Kelly Bailey
Trainee Legal Executive and Office Manager

Kelly joined Recovery Assist shortly after it opened in 2009. Kelly works within the administrative team overlooking all areas of the office and maintaining the high standard of customer service that we provide on a day to day basis. Kelly has also progressed to working within the RTA Personal Injury team and hopes to take on a case load of her own in the near future.

Aidan Farry

Aidan joined Recovery Assist in early 2010 and handles his own RTA caseload within the Personal Injury department.

Aidan is a keen sports fan and enjoys all sports. He plays Gaelic football for St. Peter’s GAC in Manchester and also serves as the Secretary for the club.

Adam joined Recovery Assist in June 2010 as part of an expansion of the motor team and brings a wealth of experience having worked in motor personal injury for the last 12 years. Adam has a keen interest in low velocity impact and fraud arguments and works hard to ensure that our Client’s get the compensation they deserve.
