Motorcyclists

I hit a pothole on my bike, can I make a claim?

As a cyclist or motorcyclist you face lots of potential hazards from other road users as well as poorly maintained roads!

If the accident was a result of a badly maintained road, you may have a claim and it’s important to get good quality photographs of the defect so that we can assess it.

If you are on your motorcycle and you have an accident with another road user (driver, biker, cyclist or pedestrian) you may have a claim if it wasn’t your fault but bear in mind that even when you were partially responsible you may still have a claim.

As a motorcyclist you’re probably a bike enthusiast and very proud of your bike. Road safety and looking after your bike and yourself will be top of your agenda. It’s a fact that other road users just don’t take account of motorcyclists and often simply don’t see them.

Recovery Assist Solicitors will asses the accident circumstances and we will provide you with clear and honest advice about whose to blame and whether you’ve got a claim.

For expert legal advice from specialist Personal Injury Solicitors about who’s at fault for YOUR motorcycle accident.
