Pedestrians

I was walking home one evening, I’m not sure whether I just walked into the road; can I still make a claim?

If you are a pedestrian you may still have a claim if you walked out into the road. Drivers have to be vigilant and proceed with caution particularly in built up areas.

If you’re the victim of a hit and run you can make a claim.

If your injuries are serious you may not know how the accident occurred but we can still help.

Make sure you get advice as soon as possible as there may be evidence such as CCTV, police reports or tachographs if the driver’s was driving a commercial vehicle that could help prove the case.

The sooner you call the sooner we can investigate and establish all the facts.
